For web purchases, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase through support. A person reviews your request. Confirmed full refunds revoke access from that purchase.
A disputed purchase is suspended while the dispute is resolved. Other valid purchase grants remain available. Partial refunds do not revoke course access.
Future Apple or Google purchases will follow the applicable store’s refund process.
